Brooke Scott is a student at Blackwell Academy and classmate of protagonist Chloe Price.
Episode One - "Awake"[]
Brooke is seen among the students in the class photo. The Arcadia Bay Gazette states that she is one of two sophomore students at Blackwell (along with Stella Hill) to have won a merit-based tuition award in 2010.
Her name is also mentioned on the play crew as the sound editor, as well as in the "Sci-Fi Movie Club" poster on the Blackwell campus.
Episode Three - "Hell Is Empty"[]
Depending on how well Chloe performed her role in The Tempest, Brooke will send her a text either congratulating her or mocking her.

- Brooke's hair is completely black in her pictures, without her blue and red bangs from the first game.
