"Penumbra" is the second chapter of Life is Strange: Double Exposure. The chapter was released October 15, 2024 for early access for those who ordered the Ultimate Edition, and will be released with the rest of the game on October 29, 2024.
In differences from the previous installments of the franchise (With the exception of True Colors), Double Exposure released all chapters at once as a full game instead of breaking them up into episodes.
