Chloe Elizabeth Price (born March 11, 1994) is the deuteragonist of Life is Strange and the main protagonist of Life is Strange: Before the Storm and the deuteragonist of Farewell (a bonus episode for the prequel game).
She is also mentioned in fifth episode of Life is Strange 2 but does not appear.
Though she does not appear in Life is Strange: True Colors, she is mentioned in the Bonus Episode "Wavelengths" and can be heard during a memory of Steph

Chloe's fate will be determined based on the player's choice before starting the episode.
Chloe is first mentioned during the Pride Day segment when Steph is packing up all of the Pride decorations. While looking at the pins near the register, Steph comments that people were "always afraid to take the ones Chloe made" and remembers a conversation the two of them had about the pins.
If the player chose to save Chloe, Steph reminisces about her (as well as Rachel and Drew) while playing tabletop with Mikey in the Halloween segment. Later, Steph also comments that she was always jealous of Chloe and Rachel's relationship; when asked if she ever talked with Chloe, she responds that she last heard that Chloe was "off the radar" like her and wandering with her other "weirdo".
If the player chose to save Arcadia Bay, Steph reminisces about Mark Jefferson's arrest, police sirens and the discovery of Rachel's body. While playing tabletop with Mikey, Steph remarks that Chloe and Rachel didn't deserve what happened to them. Mikey also shares his thoughts on both of them.

- Steph Gingrich - Steph and Chloe were close friends during their time in Arcadia Bay. The two sold pins at a booth together during Pride Day, and played tabletop games together alongside Rachel and Mikey. If Chloe is alive, Steph remarks that the only news she's heard of her is that she's "wandering around with another weirdo," suggesting that they aren't as close since leaving the bay. If Chloe is dead, Steph will appear distraught when recalling the time when she found out about Chloe's death.
- Mikey North - Mikey played tabletop games with Chloe alongside Steph and Rachel during their time in Arcadia Bay.
- Max Caulfield - If Chloe was saved, Max will be mentioned during the Tabletop game with Mikey. Steph comments that the only thing she heard about Chloe is that she's wandering around with another "weirdo" (Max).

If Chloe was not saved, Steph remarks that neither she nor Rachel deserved what happened to them.
