The Custodial Room is located to the right of the Prescott Dormitory entrance and is used by Blackwell's janitor Samuel Taylor in Life is Strange: Before the Storm.
Episode Two - "Brave New World"[]
Chloe can find Samuel Taylor in this room and has the option of talking to him. To get his keys, Chloe must damage a sprinkler outside to lure Samuel out so she can swipe his keys and use them to unlock the door to the Prescott Dormitory.
