Evan Harris is a student at Blackwell Academy in Life is Strange: Before the Storm.

He originally appeared in the first game, Life is Strange.

Appearance

Evan has a haircut that is similar to the one seen in the first game, although his undercut is covered by a hat. His style looks less hipster and artistic in the prequel and more preppy.

Personality

Evan is a reserved, driven, and serious boy. His passion for photography and his illustration skills are visible throughout Blackwell, both on promotional posters for The Tempest as well as on the fire prevention posters.

Episode One - "Awake"

Chloe can spot Evan sitting by the picnic tables and working on the petition about fire awareness. Talking with Evan will reveal his concern about the environment and the wildfires. He will ask Chloe to sign his petition for an assembly.

Episode Two - "Brave New World"

Evan is seen taking pictures of a bird near the dormitory, where he laid several piles of bird seed on the sidewalk. He will reveal how he felt about Chloe where he is disgusted with Chloe if she was either suspended or expelled, and will also show respect to her if she signed her name on his petition earlier. He warns her that she shouldn't be on campus and continues on with his work. Later, when Chloe tries to get into the dormitory by breaking the sprinkler, she chases off the bird by scaring it, making Evan look at her with frustration before following the bird and taking pictures of the bird from a different position and line of sight.

Episode Three - "Hell Is Empty"

Evan is taking photos at Blackwell Campus during the ending montage.

Relationships

• Chloe Price - Obviously, Chloe and Evan have different priorities. Evan thinks that Chloe is never taking things seriously, while Chloe considers Evan as a poser, who's always worried about something.
• Rachel Amber - Evan expresses in his discussion with Chloe that he would like to work with Rachel, since she's so artistic. He asks Chloe if Rachel would be interested in posing for his photographs.
