"The ending of Episode 3 has really caught me quite off-guard, especially that very last scene after the credits…I admittedly wasn't very interested in Rachel until that episode, but now I finally get how important she was/is for Chloe and it drives me nuts that the two of them were torn apart like that.
Chloe and Rachel spend these few years together on borrowed time and I like to think about that point in time, the same way you might think about a point in space; so that is what this song is about: The fantasy that they’re able to forever remain in that time, just like you’re able to remain in a place until you decide to move on. Who says time has to pass? Eff that. This will be theirs forever."
