"Price" is a Life is Strange-inspired indie-folk song written and performed by Koethe. It's his first and most popular Life is Strange inspired song, released on September 9, 2015.

Koethe himself explained that this song is "about Max wishing she could help Chloe out of the sort of rut she had fallen in to, sort of discovering the feelings she has for Chloe, and feeling bad that she was unable (or unwilling) to help William, and feeling like she is a part of why Chloe feels so negatively. The original idea came to me during the "Santa Monica Dream" scene, where Chloe first gets home and lays down on the bed smoking, and just looking absolutely wrecked emotionally. I felt super bad for her, and it was reflected in Max's actions too."
