The Neighborhood is the area where Chloe Price and Rachel Amber walk around after their performance in Blackwell Academy's production of The Tempest. It is the location of Amber Household.

Episode Two - "Brave New World"

As they walk down the neighborhood, Chloe and Rachel exchange banter about their performances in the play. Rachel brings up the topic of leaving Arcadia Bay, to which Chloe can put up varying degrees of argument before giving in.

Despite this, Chloe expresses doubt over how serious Rachel is being, prompting Rachel to ask what it would take to earn her belief.

As Chloe stumbles over her words, Rachel realizes Chloe's intentions and takes both of her hands before pulling her into a kiss. After breaking apart, Chloe tries to express her satisfaction before Rachel cuts her off by kissing her once more.

As Chloe stumbles over her words, Rachel realizes Chloe's intentions and takes both of her hands before pulling her into a kiss. After they break apart, if Chloe told Steph Gingrich that Rachel was single in Episode 1, Rachel questions Chloe why she did so.

After Chloe gets the words out, Rachel notes that she didn't think Chloe liked her that way. After a period of silence, Rachel takes both of Chloe's hands before pulling her into a short kiss, then tells her that she could get used to this "direction".

Your bracelet

Chloe asks to keep Rachel's bracelet as a reminder of her promise. After a brief struggle with untying it, Rachel takes off the bracelet before fastening it around Chloe's wrist.

A tattoo

Chloe takes out her marker and draws a star onto Rachel's wrist, making her promise that she'll get it done for real in order for Chloe to fully believe her.

Soon afterwards, ash begins to rain down from the sky due to the forest fire, which Rachel takes as a sign that they should leave. The two then begin to make their way towards the Ambers' house to sneak supplies for their trip.
