Interpretation[]
The song is about the change of spirits Chloe is going through due to Rachel's influence on her. Chloe is reaching towards being closer to Rachel because her presence gives her hope for a new start, a rebirth. The song references Rachel as the storm. The rebirth imagery refers to the metamorphosis Chloe is going through between both games.
