Lethe Flowers is a flower shop located in Haven Springs, Colorado. It's owned by Eleanor Lethe. Her granddaughter, Riley Lethe works as a store assistant.

Eleanor has owned Lethe Flowers for 30 years. Before she bought the building that would become Lethe Flowers, it was originally owned by an elderly couple named Alaster and Ava Murphy. Riley states that they were "like family".
The store sold a variety of flower related items. There were garden gnomes, lilies, tulips, and other plants in pots, as well as plant seeds. Her cupboard had a shirt worn by Riley in 2014. The back had 2 office rooms, one of which had a computer and a rotary phone, as well as cabinets. A bathroom existed as well.
Chapter 1: Side A[]
Gabe and Alex Chen meet Eleanor in front of the flower shop. Upon entering Lethe Flowers, they say hi to Riley and engage in a short conversation with Alex helping Riley with an interview. Once the siblings buy a bouquet of flowers, Riley and Gabe then talk about Riley's boyfriend Mac Loudon before leaving.
Chapter 2: Lanterns[]
Alex visits the shop to find Eleanor there, who directs her to Mac's whereabouts. When Alex senses her fear, she learns of her unhealthy conditions and fears of what will happen if Riley found out and that the shop will be closed. After helping Eleanor remember an order from Jed, she has the option to tell Eleanor about Gabe's death before leaving.
Chapter 3: Monster or Mortal[]
During the LARP, Alex pays a visit to the flower shop, where she finds Riley and learns that she is close to deciphering the drive that was stolen from Diane. She and the flower shop are not part of the LARP. Depending on Alex's choices, Riley may or may not find out about Eleanor's condition.
