Samuel Taylor is the janitor at Blackwell Academy in Life is Strange: Before the Storm. Chloe can talk to him in Episode 2.

He originally appeared in the first game, Life is Strange.

Episode Two - "Brave New World"

Chloe goes to Blackwell Academy to steal money for Frank Bowers. By the dorm, she sees Samuel in his shed and they have a philosophical conversation. If Samuel is asked about Rachel Amber, he will call her "a dragon made of diamonds". In order to steal the keys for the dorm, Chloe breaks the sprinkler to distract Samuel and lure him out of the shed.
