Sean's Backpack is used as an inventory for story and objective relevant materials. It includes a sketchbook, which replaces the diary feature that was used in previous games, notes on items of interest, his souvenirs, and his text messages. Sean can decorate his backpack with collectibles found throughout episodes or from pre-order bonuses.
Trivia
- The backpack's inventory icon is surrounded by the phrase "receiving the gift of flavor". This is likely a reference to the 1995 album of the same name by the alternative rock band The Urge, whose title is written in the same font style.
