Stella Hill is a student at Blackwell Academy and classmate of protagonist Chloe Price.
Episode One - "Awake"
Stella is seen among the students in the class photo. It is implied from the Arcadia Bay Gazette that she is one of two sophomore students at Blackwell (along with Brooke Scott) to have won a merit-based tuition award in 2010.
Episode Two "Brave New World"
In Frank's RV, Stella's name appears on a list of people who owe him money. She also takes drugs in Life is Strange implying she isn't using drugs recreationally, and is instead addicted to drugs.
