The Water Tower is a non-explorable location in Arcadia Bay. It is located near the train tracks in the American Rust Junkyard.
Appearance[]
The water tower is a tall, heavily rusted structure with the words "City of Arcadia Bay" printed in fading letters across its water tank. Blue graffiti is written on the water tank's side, reading "Not a single fuck was given that day".
Episode Two - "Out of Time"[]
As Max Caulfield and Chloe Price traverse down the train tracks at the junkyard, the water tower can be seen overlooking the rails.
